How to manually unblock Facebook in Vietnam
Add these lines to your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts for Windows or /etc/hosts for Linux) using text editor such as Notepad:
69.63.181.11 facebook.com
69.63.187.12 www.facebook.com
69.63.186.31 apps.facebook.com
69.63.181.24 login.facebook.com
69.63.186.32 lite.facebook.com
Note: Facebook may change its IP Addresses, you can use http://ping.eu to get its new IP.
